All are welcome to join this fund-raising cycle ride to connect all three churches in The Raleigh Mission Community on Historic Churches Day - 14th September. Starting at All Saints, East Budleigh at 2pm, cycle to St Michael’s, Otterton and on to St Peter’s, Budleigh Salterton with an option to connect with St Margaret & St Andrew, Littleham Village. You will be in good company as Maria and Stephen from All Saints will be cycling all the way.
50% of funds raised will go to All Saints, and 50% to support all the churches in Devon.

Friends of All Saints East Budleigh are holding a Charity Cabaret Dinner at East Devon Golf Club raising funds for repairs to the tower of All Saints Church. This promises to be a great evening:
Sparkling wine and canapes on arrival followed by a three course meal and coffee.
Between courses enjoy a variety of popular opera and show songs performed by Aspects of Opera.

75th Anniversary of the Battle of Arnhem - talk by Ian Blackwell on 6th September in All Saints Church, East Budleigh
This promises to be a fascinating talk by military historian Ian Blackwell, who will outline the events of the Battle and the story of Douglas Hill who was there. More detail on the Friends of All Saints page.

Fr Stephen Hoyle is leading a pilgrimage to the Holy Land next February with Lightline, a tour company owned and operated by Palestinian Christians with strong links with the Anglican archdiocese of Jerusalem. The pilgrimage will take in the holy sites of Galilee, Bethlehem and Jerusalem, but will also provide experience of the life of the Palestinian Christian community. See the brochure here.
