It is with much regret that the Friends of All Saints Church committee have decided to postpone East Budleigh's Got Talent due to concerns about the coronavirus. We hope to reschedule the event for the Autumn.

After the success of our little series of talks on Dementia, mental health and death last year we are holding another short series of three evening talks starting soon. The programme is developing, and the dates and titles are currently as follows although the first and last one may be switched; 26th March – Marriage in the 21st century featuring Rev. Mike Williams (late of this parish) three days before his 40th wedding anniversary! 22nd April – Prisons and rehabilitation 20th May – (To be confirmed) Alone but not lonely. Coping with living on ones own whether by choice or circumstance. CANCELLED Wine Tasting Evening - East Budleigh Church Hall - Friday 17th April at 7pm. CANCELLED21/2/2020 80 members of the St Peter's Church congregation enjoyed a two course lunch on Sunday 6th October, our Harvest Festival day.
They all generously contributed to important National Charity WaterAid. We have been able to send a splendid £550 to WaterAid as a result. Thank you to all those who contributed to this excellent result. A huge thank you to everyone who helps to keep our wonderful churchyard looking so good. All Saints church was open all day, with display and refreshments for visitors, and some people took part in a cycle ride to visit the other churches in the Raleigh Mission Community.
Fr Stephen Hoyle is leading a pilgrimage to the Holy Land next February with Lightline, a tour company owned and operated by Palestinian Christians with strong links with the Anglican archdiocese of Jerusalem. The pilgrimage will take in the holy sites of Galilee, Bethlehem and Jerusalem, but will also provide experience of the life of the Palestinian Christian community. See the brochure here.
