Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue Service Concert Band present a Christmas Music Festival at St Michael's Church Otterton.
The concert programme will be music associated with Christmas. The last concert which they performed at St Michael's was near Easter and was very well supported. All of the proceeds went to the SPACE project.
Tickets can be purchased from the Raleigh Commission Office at St Peter's, Budleigh and the Otterton Village Shop for £7.50 per adult. Children will be free and the ticket price includes an interval drink and "nibbles".
The Bishop of Crediton, Patron and Parish Representatives are delighted to announce that, subject to the completion of the statutory formalities, an offer of the post of Vicar of the Raleigh Mission Community has been made to The Rev’d Martin Jacques, who is currently Vicar of the Church of the Holy Saviour in the Diocese of Newcastle, and that offer has been accepted.
His institution by the Bishop of Exeter will be on a date to be announced.
On Thursday 7th December there will be the 34th Traditional Candlelight Supper in the Peter Hall in Budleigh Salterton. Doors open at 6.45pm for a prompt start at 7.30pm. Tickets have almost sold out, but a few may still be available from Malcolm Jones (442222) at £19 each.
Bar available, and some raffle prizes would still be much appreciated.
